The data controller is José Manuel Martínez Coll (Manolo Martínez), owner of Ontinyent.com. You can get in touch through the contact form.
What data is collected
Ontinyent.com only collects personal data when you voluntarily send it through the contact form: your name, email address and message.
- Purpose: to answer your enquiry.
- Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
- Retention: for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
- Photos: if you send photos for publication, we also receive the link where you shared them. With your express permission, the photos are published with your name as the author. You can ask for them to be removed at any time.
- Recipients: messages are sent through the Web3Forms service, which forwards them to the owner's email. This service may process data outside the European Union. Your data is not shared with anyone else or used for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
Ontinyent.com does not use its own or tracking cookies. Visitor numbers are measured with Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not identify individuals.
External services
Some pages load content from other websites, which may receive your IP address like any website you visit:
- The map on the Ontinyent page, from OpenStreetMap.
- News photos, loaded from the media outlets that publish them.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing through the contact form. If you believe your request has not been properly handled, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
